With a background in psychology Caspian doesn’t just focus on design problems. He’s had a varied journey – working on brand systems at Xero, helping launch a craft soda brand in Wellington, a skincare brand for men and a functional drinks brand that just landed on shelves in Wānaka.

Seven years co-running KISSLabs, leading a small team and a freelance network across brand, digital and motion has taught him plenty of truths. The work he is proudest of happens when he is close enough to the business to offer more than design expertise. Closer and more involved is where he is heading.
